Project Description
I have the product vision, wireframes, and a clear roadmap for a mobile platform that helps young athletes and their coaches stay organized and improve faster. The core of the build revolves around three pillars: structured learning modules that guide players through skill-based lessons, lightweight performance tracking so progress is always visible, and integrated team coordination tools that replace scattered chats and spreadsheets.
The first milestone is a polished MVP that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. I’m leaning toward a single codebase but I’m open to your expert recommendation if you can justify a different stack. Whatever we choose, the final product has to feel fast and native on phones and tablets.
Design-wise, think colorful and vibrant rather than clinical; the interface needs to energize young athletes while still being intuitive for coaches and parents. I already have brand colors and sample screens, but I value your input on micro-interactions and motion to keep the experience engaging without becoming distracting.
Because this is more than a quick prototype, I need someone (or a tight-knit team) who can own:
• Fine-tuning existing user flows and data models
• Implementing the learning, tracking, and coordination modules end-to-end
• Setting up a scalable backend with clear APIs for future web expansion
• Automated test coverage and basic analytics hooks
• App Store and Google Play deployment guidance
Acceptance criteria for the MVP: users must be able to register with email or phone, join or create a team, complete at least one training module with progress saved to their profile, log a performance metric, and send/receive a team announcement—all without crashes, lag, or confusing navigation.
If you’ve shipped comparable cross-platform apps and can move quickly while communicating clearly, let’s talk timelines and milestones so we can get young athletes training smarter as soon as possible.
