Project Description
I need a proactive Business Development Executive who can win new software-development accounts for our IT & digital solutions practice. You will own the full outbound cycle, reaching prospects through calls, LinkedIn messages and well-crafted email sequences, qualifying their needs, nurturing interest and closing the deal on a commission-only model that pays out the moment contracts are signed.
Day to day you will:
• build and manage a personal prospect list that matches our ideal customer profiles,
• run multi-channel outreach campaigns, adjusting tone and cadence per contact,
• conduct discovery calls to surface pain points and match them with our custom-software services,
• negotiate terms, prepare proposals and secure signatures,
• hand over closed accounts smoothly to our DevOps and technical teams, staying involved until onboarding is complete, and
• keep the pipeline current in our CRM, issuing weekly progress reports.
Success here demands clear English, confident negotiation and a working grasp of how software-development projects are scoped, priced and delivered. A BBA or MBA is a plus, but a proven track record of remote outbound selling matters most.
