I need a proactive marketer who can consistently bring in qualified, local-area leads for my US-based handyman company. General repairs are our sweet spot, so all outreach should speak to homeowners or property managers looking for reliable fix-it help.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
• Channels: Feel free to combine online advertising, cold calling, and email marketing—whichever mix keeps the lead flow steady. If you’re confident running Facebook or Google Ads, dialing prospects, or crafting compelling email sequences, that’s exactly what I’m after.
• Geography: Leads must come from the immediate service area only. No nationwide lists; I’m interested in people who can realistically schedule an on-site visit with us.
• Compensation: You’ll receive a guaranteed base plus an additional payout every time a lead converts into a completed project. Hit higher volume and that base scales up.
Acceptance criteria for each lead
1. Full name, phone, email, and physical address within our coverage zone
2. Description of the repair needed (general repairs only)
3. Confirmation they want a quote and are available for a follow-up call
Provide an initial plan—brief outline of your ad strategy, call script approach, or email cadence—so I can see how you’ll hit the ground running. Once approved, you can set your own schedule as long as the flow of quality leads remains consistent.
