Project Description
I have a batch of PDF documents that contain the information I need transferred into a clean Excel (or Google Sheets) file. Each record will sit in its own row, and every column must follow a clear “by category” layout that I will share once we start—think supplier name, address, phone, email, product code, and so on, grouped logically so the sheet is easy to filter and pivot.
Accuracy is critical. I will spot-check the finished file against the original PDFs, so I’m counting on you to double-check spellings, keep number formats consistent, and leave no field blank unless the source truly contains nothing.
You’ll receive:
• A folder of the PDFs, labelled in the order I’d like them processed.
• A template spreadsheet with the correct headers.
You’ll deliver:
• The completed spreadsheet, error-free and saved in both .xlsx and .csv formats.
If you have handled similar PDF-to-Excel data migration projects, especially where categorisation was important, let me know in your bid. Mention the volume you handled and any tools (e.g., OCR, Adobe Acrobat, Power Query) you used to speed up but still maintain accuracy. A quick sample or reference to previous work will help me choose faster.
Deadline is firm—once we agree on a start date I’ll set clear milestones so we both stay on track.
