Project Description
I need help transforming my education platform into a fully SEO-optimized, server-side rendered experience. The frontend is Angular and already running client-side; what’s missing is Universal-powered SSR with clean, slug-based routing and proper 301 handling so search engines see exactly what they should.
Here is what I’m aiming to achieve:
• Slug-based routing that maps school names and teacher profiles names to human-readable URLs.
• Angular Universal implementation so every public page renders on the server before reaching the browser.
• Automatic 301 redirects from all legacy paths to the new slugs.
• API refinements: we only need to update existing endpoints—no new routes or removals—so the SSR layer can fetch data efficiently.
• Database work: schema changes limited to modifying current tables/columns; no new tables, no deletions.
Tech stack and expectations
– Angular (latest LTS) with Universal, TransferState, and prerendering where appropriate.
– .NET Core backend (C#) with clean, asynchronous endpoints.
– Entity Framework / SQL Server for the schema tweaks.
– Solid grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals so titles, meta tags, structured data, and canonical links end up in the rendered HTML.
Deliverables are merged through Git in small, reviewable pull requests and demonstrated in a staging environment that mirrors production. If you’ve tackled similar SSR migrations, please share repo links, live URLs, or case studies that highlight measurable SEO gains. should able to work in RDP environment.
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit and will be available on Slack or Teams for quick feedback cycles.
