Job Title: Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance & E-commerce)
Location: [WFH/Remote]

About the Role : We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing player—well versed and experieced and a Doer . You are someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes data, algorithms, and conversion rates. You must be comfortable auditing a failing Google Ads campaign, and creating a high-ROAS Meta ad set , Facebook ad campaigns , turn a low CTR into high performing Ad Campaign.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing (PPC)
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ad Campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to hit CPA and ROAS targets.
Manage Performance Marketing budgets (Xk−
Xk−Yk per month), shifting spend to high-intent audiences.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Handle negative keyword mining, bid adjustments, and dayparting for PPC efficiency.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Run organic and paid Social Media Campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Oversee Social Media Content Marketing (copywriting, basic graphic design via Canva/Adobe, and short-form video scripting).
Manage Social Media Advertising calendars, ensuring ad fatigue is minimized through creative refreshes.
3. Ad Creation & Asset Management
Build high-converting Instagram and Facebook Ads (stories, reels, carousels, collection ads).
Work with UGC creators or internal designers to produce "thumb-stopping" content.
Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
4. E-commerce & Technical Management
[Advantage to Have] Handle Shopify Store creation and management (theme setup, collection organization, app integrations, checkout optimization).
Implement tracking: Set up Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and enhanced e-commerce tracking.
Manage product feeds for Google Shopping and Meta Catalogs.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Create weekly dashboards (Looker Studio/Excel) analyzing CAC, LTV, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Translate raw data into actionable insights for the product and creative teams.
Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 3+ years in a hands-on Digital Marketing role (Agency or DTC brand preferred).
Platform Mastery:
Meta: Expert in Ads Manager, Business Suite, Audience Insights, Retargeting.
Google: Google Ads certified (Search & Shopping) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Shopify: Must have built at least 2 stores from scratch (not just managed existing ones).
Tool Proficiency:
Ad creation: Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (basic).
Tracking: GTM, Pixel, UTM parameters.
Management: Slack, Asana/Trello, Zapier.
Soft Skills: Hyper-analytical, obsessed with ROAS, organized, able to write persuasive copy.
Specific Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Please do not apply unless you meet these criteria:
Portfolio Required: You must submit case studies showing:
A Google Ads campaign where you lowered CPA by >20%.
A Facebook Ad set that scaled past 200K spend profitably.
A Shopify store URL you built/managed.
Testing: You will be asked to audit a live Google Ads account and a Meta Ads account during the interview.
Tools Check: You know how to install a Facebook Pixel without a developer's help.
Budget Experience: You have personally managed a monthly ad spend of at least INR 3-5 Lakh.
Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience with Klaviyo (Email/SMS) or Omnisend.
Basic HTML/CSS for Shopify liquid file edits.
