We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to generate high-quality B2B leads from small and mid-sized companies interested in BPO / call center projects in India.
The campaign will be executed specifically on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, focusing on reaching decision-makers and business owners who are actively looking to outsource or scale their operations.
This is a precision-targeted lead generation project, not bulk lead collection. The emphasis is on intent-driven, conversion-ready prospects.
Target Audience:
Small & mid-sized BPO companies
Call center owners / managers
Outsourcing businesses
Entrepreneurs planning to start or expand BPO operations
Key Responsibilities:
Run and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Identify high-intent audience segments (job titles, industries, interests)
Create ad creatives, funnels, and lead forms
Generate verified and qualified leads only
Improve CPL and lead quality over time
Requirements:
Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
Strong B2B targeting and funnel strategy
Ability to generate decision-maker level leads
Experience in outsourcing / BPO niche is a strong advantage
