Project Description
We are currently working on a strategic initiative with a CLIENT – Entity to migrate their existing on-premise Riverbed environment to the cloud, and we would like to validate your capability to support such a migration with professional services.
((Expected)) Current Environment Overview (Riverbed Setup):
The customer is operating a full-stack Riverbed observability platform, including:
• Network Flow Monitoring:
o SCNP (NetProfiler) – 30 Licenses
o SCFG (Flow Gateway / Performance Management) – 30 Licenses
• Packet Analysis & Application Visibility:
o SCAN (Packet Analyzer / AppResponse)
o Modules:
UCA (Unified Communications)
DBA (Database)
WTA (Web)
ASA (Applications)
• Centralized Management:
o SCPRTL (Central Portal) – 1 Instance
• Infrastructure Monitoring:
o NETIM (Infrastructure Monitoring Platform)
• Support & Maintenance:
o Active support contracts across all components
Request from Your Side:
Kindly confirm your capability to:
1. Assess and design migration strategy for the above Riverbed stack to a cloud environment (Public / Private / Hybrid).
2. Support end-to-end migration activities, including:
o Architecture redesign (cloud-native or hybrid)
o Data migration (flows, packets, historical data if applicable)
o Integration with existing systems (e.g., ITSM, monitoring tools)
3. Provide best practices and recommendations, including:
o Optimization for cloud performance and cost
o Licensing model alignment (if changes required)
4. Deliver professional services scope and effort estimation based on the above setup.

We are looking for a partner with proven expertise in observability platforms and complex migrations, capable of handling enterprise-scale environments with minimal service disruption.
