Project Description
My e-books are written, formatted, and ready for readers; the missing piece is a marketing engine that turns visibility into steady sales. I need a clear, data-driven launch and ongoing promotion plan that positions each title in front of the right audience, nurtures interest, and converts browsers into buyers.
Scope of work
• Audit the current assets (manuscripts, covers, blurbs, any existing store pages) and identify quick-win improvements for higher click-through and conversion.
• Map out an end-to-end marketing strategy covering organic tactics (content marketing, email sequences, social media, influencer outreach) and paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads, Amazon Ads, Google, or other relevant networks).
• Recommend the best selling platform or combination of platforms—Shopify, WordPress + WooCommerce, Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, or another channel—explaining the pros and cons for my niche.
• Set up and manage the first 30-day campaign cycle, including creative assets, targeting, tracking pixels, and A/B tests.
• Provide clear KPIs and a simple dashboard or weekly report so I can see spend vs. sales, list growth, and ROI.
Acceptance criteria
1. Strategy document approved before launch, detailing channels, budget allocation, and timeline.
2. Live campaigns delivering trackable results within two weeks of kickoff.
3. Weekly reporting that matches agreed KPIs for at least four consecutive weeks.
Tools you’ll likely lean on include Mailchimp or ConvertKit for email, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, Canva or Photoshop for creatives, and Google Analytics or similar for tracking—feel free to propose alternatives if they suit the plan better.
All copy, ad accounts, and data must be handed over so I can maintain or scale the campaigns after our initial engagement.
