Project Description
I have two compact Windows desktop applications ready for release and I’d like a fresh pair of QA eyes on them. All functional and usability test cases are already written; you’ll receive the documentation, assets, plus installation packages as soon as we start. Your main focus is to verify every step of those cases, paying particular attention to the user-interface elements—layout quirks, control behaviour, visual consistency, and any unexpected friction in the workflow. Performance testing isn’t part of this round, so your time can be fully devoted to the functional paths and overall user experience. NDA is required.
Please work through each case methodically, note any deviations, and record clear reproduction steps. Where something breaks or looks off, capture screenshots (or short clips) and add concise notes so my development team can fix issues quickly. Different screen resolutions and Windows themes are welcome if you have them available; the broader the UI coverage, the better.
Deliverables:
• Updated test-case sheet marked pass/fail with comments
• Individual bug reports, each with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual result, and visual evidence
• A short summary highlighting critical issues and overall app readiness
I’m aiming for a fast turnaround, so let me know your earliest availability and the environments you can test on.
