We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to lead outbound sales, partnerships, and revenue generation. This is a fix contract + commission-first role designed for someone who is confident in closing deals and building long-term relationships in the spa, beauty, retail, B2C space. 1. B2B Sales & Outreach Identify and reach out to: spas salons retailers distributors Pitch products and secure partnerships Conduct outreach via: email LinkedIn direct messaging 2. Pipeline & Deal Management Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Track leads, follow-ups, and deal stages in CRM Maintain consistent communication with prospects Move leads from first contact → closing 3. Closing & Revenue Generation Present product offerings and pricing Negotiate and close deals Secure bulk orders and long-term partnerships Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets 4. Partnerships & Growth Develop relationships with: affiliates influencers (for sales collaborations) Identify new revenue opportunities Support expansion into new markets 5. Reporting Track: outreach volume conversion rates closed deals Provide weekly updates on pipeline and performance MUST HAVE SKILLS Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) Ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups consistently Confident in outreach and closing deals independently Results-driven mindset Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness industry Existing network in retail, spas, or distribution Experience with affiliate or influencer sales models Compensation 1 year fixed contract + base income Commission-based (high earning potential) Bonuses based on performance Opportunity to grow into a long-term sales role This role is for someone who closes deals and drives revenue.
