I’m expanding my Kerala-based venture and want to partner with motivated professionals who thrive in sales and client handling. The core focus is B2B outreach: identifying prospects, presenting our solutions, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Your income will come directly from the business you generate, so the ceiling is entirely up to you.
What I’m specifically looking for
• Someone who enjoys direct engagement with decision-makers and is comfortable carrying revenue targets.
• Prior B2B sales exposure—whether you’ve sold products, services, or SaaS—so you can hit the ground running.
• A genuine desire to build a recurring, long-term income stream rather than chase a one-off commission.
• Self-discipline to work independently on your own schedule while staying consistent and responsive.
Tools and workflow
I’ll provide training on our offerings, lead-tracking sheets, pitch decks, and regular strategy calls over WhatsApp (+91 956 723 3821). You’ll need reliable internet, basic CRM familiarity (even Google Sheets is fine to start), and clear English or Malayalam communication.
How we’ll measure success
1. Qualified B2B leads contacted and logged.
2. Conversion rate from first call to closed deal.
3. Monthly recurring revenue generated—this determines your commission tier.
