I’m looking for a hands-on marketing specialist who can turn curiosity into clicks and clicks into book sales. The campaign must live and breathe on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, using each platform’s strengths to drive a single outcome: more purchases of my book.
Here’s the flow I have in mind. Short-form videos ignite interest on TikTok, swipe-worthy reels and carousels deepen the story on Instagram, and persuasive copy with eye-catching visuals reinforces the message on Facebook. You’ll handle the creative ideation, production, scheduling and optimisation, making sure every post carries a clear call-to-action that points directly to my sales page (UTM-tagged so we can measure performance accurately).
Key deliverables
• 3–5 TikTok videos per week, edited natively for the platform
• A mix of Instagram reels, stories and image posts repurposed or shot fresh, all captioned for engagement
• Facebook posts that adapt the visuals and copy to suit that audience while maintaining campaign consistency
• Week-by-week reporting on reach, engagement and—most importantly—conversions to sales, with recommendations for tweaks
If you’ve previously moved books or comparable products using short-form video, influencer collaborations or paid boosts, I’d love to see proof. Tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager are welcome in your workflow as long as results remain the focus.
