My SaaS platform is still in development and I’m ready to map out a six-month go-to-market plan. The single biggest focus is a customer acquisition strategy that moves the needle on Conversion Rate while keeping CAC and LTV in balance. I need a seasoned growth operator who can step in as a fractional CMO–contractor hybrid, own the full funnel, and tell me exactly what resources—internal or third-party—will be required.
Here’s what I expect from your brief:
• Scope of work broken into clear phases (planning, launch, optimization)
• Any tasks that will need outside specialists or tools, called out explicitly
• Concrete deliverables for each phase—playbooks, experiments, reporting dashboards, funnel assets, etc.
• A timeline and ownership plan spanning the full six-month engagement
• A topline budget that covers everything needed to execute the GTM
