Project Description
I need a complete ride-hailing ecosystem built from the ground up. The passenger app must work seamlessly on both iOS and Android, offering real-time geolocation, Razorpay/Paytm payment processing, and automatic fare calculation that factors in tolls, airport parking, border taxes, service tax, and our commission. On the driver side, an Android app should mirror the same map accuracy, display the live fare breakdown, and accept rides pushed either manually or through automatic dispatch logic.
A web-based admin panel will give me full control over pricing rules, driver onboarding, fleet categories (hatchback, sedan, SUV), and promo codes, while a separate dispatcher console must allow staff to assign or reassign trips instantly. All data and media will sit on an AWS stack that you configure, scale, and secure.
Core ride types to be supported are airport pick-up/drop, outstation (one-way and round-trip), and hourly rentals; the system should switch tariffs automatically according to the chosen service. Push notifications, SMS, and email alerts are expected at each trip stage.

Acceptance is based on end-to-end testing: a passenger books, a driver accepts, the dispatcher overrides when needed, fare is calculated correctly, payment succeeds, and trip data reflects in the admin reports.
