Dual Platform App Store Submission

I have a finished mobile app that now needs to be published as a brand-new listing on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. My Apple developer account is already active, so you can work directly inside App Store Connect to handle the build upload, screenshots, metadata, compliance answers, and final submission. For the Android side I do not yet have a Google Play developer account; I’ll need your guidance to set one up correctly or, if you routinely publish on behalf of clients, we can discuss using your own Play Console and transferring later. Either way, once the account hurdle is cleared you’ll take the same end-to-end approach: create the store listing, prepare the signed AAB, add feature graphics, complete the content rating and policy forms, and push the release through review. Key deliverable: the app must appear publicly in both stores, fully approved, with all standard assets (icons, screenshots, description, privacy policy link) and version numbers matching across platforms. I will supply the source code, branding assets, and any wording you need. You bring the expertise with Xcode, Android Studio, App Store Connect, Play Console, TestFlight, certificates, and provisioning so this launch is smooth and fast.
