Project Description
I’m looking for an experienced FP&A / Financial Modeling professional to help rebuild and improve several of my monthly reporting files.
The current files are functional but need to be cleaned up, streamlined, and redesigned to make the reporting more insightful, easier to maintain, and visually clearer for management review.
What I need help with:
Rebuilding and organizing existing monthly reporting workbooks
Improving structure, formulas, and overall workflow
Designing cleaner dashboards and management reporting views
Recommending better ways to present KPIs, trends, and financial performance data
Automating repetitive reporting tasks where possible
Creating scalable templates that can grow with the business
Ideal candidate:
Strong FP&A background
Advanced Excel
Experience building financial dashboards and management reports
Good eye for data visualization and storytelling with numbers
Ability to simplify complex reporting into clear actionable insights
Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or operational reporting is a plus
This is initially a project-based engagement, but there may be ongoing work for the right person.
