I am looking for an experienced Alibaba / China product sourcing specialist to help me find the right manufacturer for a product I want to produce.
I need someone who can do proper supplier research, verification, and comparison — not just send me random Alibaba links.
The goal is to find reliable direct manufacturers who can produce the product according to my requirements, with good quality, reasonable pricing, and clear communication.
Scope of work:
* Search Alibaba and other relevant sourcing platforms for suitable manufacturers
* Identify real manufacturers and avoid resellers, middlemen, and low-quality suppliers
* Shortlist 5–10 serious suppliers
* Contact suppliers and request quotations
* Check MOQ, unit price, sample cost, production time, customization options, packaging options, and shipping terms
* Verify supplier credibility, including company profile, years in business, Alibaba verification, Trade Assurance, reviews, certifications, and production capabilities
* Ask suppliers for factory photos, product examples, certificates, and previous work if available
* Evaluate supplier communication quality and response time
* Help prepare a professional RFQ/message to send to suppliers
* Organize all findings in a clear comparison table
* Recommend the best 2–3 suppliers to continue with or order samples from
Final deliverables:
1. Supplier comparison table
2. 5–10 relevant suppliers
3. Supplier type: manufacturer or trading company
4. MOQ, unit price, sample cost, production time, packaging, and shipping terms
5. Notes about reliability, communication, and production capability
6. Recommendation of the best 2–3 suppliers
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Alibaba sourcing
* Experience finding real manufacturers for private label or custom products
* Ability to verify suppliers and avoid middlemen
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Good English
* Ability to deliver a clear and organized supplier report
