Project Description
I run a business-strategy consulting practice aimed squarely at small businesses and I’m ready to scale—but I need a steady stream of paying clients first. Your task is to design and execute a client-acquisition plan that converts prospects into signed consulting engagements.
Here’s the landscape
• Service: consulting, specifically business-strategy advisory
• Ideal buyers: owners or managers of small businesses (typically 5-50 employees) who want help improving growth, profitability, or operational efficiency
What I want from you
1. A clear, step-by-step outreach strategy—online or offline—that fits my niche and positioning.
2. Lead generation assets: messaging templates, call scripts, or email sequences that speak to small-business pain points.
3. A prospect list or pipeline management method so we can track contacts through to close.
4. Metrics to prove traction (e.g., number of qualified leads, call bookings, or signed deals within an agreed timeframe).
Acceptance criteria
• At least 20 qualified small-business leads generated in the first month.
• Minimum of five discovery calls booked on my calendar.
• Complete handover of all materials and data so I can keep the system running.
If you’ve successfully filled calendars for other consultants—or have hands-on experience with B2B lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar—let’s talk. I’m motivated to start immediately and open to structuring milestones around delivered lead volumes and closed contracts.
