I’m commissioning a full-scale website that will serve as the digital flagship for our marketing agency, with brand awareness as the core objective. The site must look and feel premium, reinforce a strong corporate identity, and guide visitors naturally toward our service pages and contact touchpoints.
Scope of work
• UI/UX: Plan a clear, conversion-minded user journey and wireframe every key page before moving to high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Visual design: Modern corporate styling, tasteful animation, and professional layouts that translate perfectly from desktop to mobile.
• Development: Build the approved designs into a custom-coded WordPress theme (no page-builder bloat) for long-term scalability and easy content management.
• Performance & security: Deliver sub-2-second loads, clean code, caching, image optimisation, HTTPS, and hardening best practices.
• SEO foundation: Logical site architecture, semantic markup, fast Core Web Vitals, and on-page basics (titles, meta, H1 hierarchy) ready for our content team.
• Lead capture: Configure polished contact forms that route to our CRM, complete with spam protection and success tracking.
• Launch support: Migrate to production, verify responsiveness across all major browsers/devices, and provide a concise hand-off guide.
Acceptance criteria
1. Google PageSpeed Insight score 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
2. Fully responsive displays down to 320 px width with no layout breakage.
3. Lighthouse audit passes for accessibility, best practices, and SEO.
4. WordPress back-end allows staff to edit text, images, and meta data without touching code.
5. All forms successfully deliver to the designated email/CRM and log submissions in the dashboard.
