I need a full set of architectural and structural drawings for a traditional-style, detached three-car garage to be built in Rumford, Rhode Island. The footprint is fixed at 36' × 28' and I would like a truss roof line that supports integrated storage: dedicated wall-mounted storage on the main level and additional overhead space on a partial loft. All drawings must be prepared to the standard required for submission to the local building department, complying with the current Rhode Island State Building Code and any Rumford zoning requirements. Digital (PDF) files are essential; a stamped hard-copy set may also be requested once the design is finalized.
