Project Description
I need an AI-driven phone assistant that can answer incoming rental enquiries and guide each caller through a brief pre-screening conversation. During the call the system must reliably capture: personal details and contact information, rental history plus references, current employment with verifiable income, and the total number of prospective occupants.
Once collected, the information should be transcribed, stored in a simple dashboard or pushed into our existing property-management CRM so my team can review applications at a glance. A concise summary of every call—ideally with sentiment or red-flag detection—should be emailed to us automatically.
You are free to build from scratch or integrate services such as Twilio Voice, Dialogflow, Alexa Contact Center, or comparable tools, as long as the final solution is cloud-hosted, cost-effective, and easy for non-technical staff to maintain.

• Functional AI call flow covering greeting, question sequence, and polite wrap-up
• Secure data capture and storage or CRM hand-off
• Basic admin panel or clear API endpoints
• Deployment guide and brief live hand-over session
