We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Blockchain fundamentals, Blockchain architecture, Ethereum ecosystem, and solutioning capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with the ability to guide teams, mentor junior developers/interns, and drive best practices in Blockchain development. Main Skills Required: Blockchain Fundamentals Blockchain Architecture Ethereum Solution Architecture Distributed Ledger Technology Technical Mentoring Strong Coding Fundamentals Key Responsibilities: Design and contribute to Blockchain-based solutions and architectures Guide development teams and interns on Blockchain best practices Participate in technical discussions and solutioning activities Support Blockchain application development and architecture reviews Ensure scalable and secure Blockchain implementations Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Required Qualifications 5–10 years of overall IT experience Minimum 5+ years of relevant Blockchain experience Strong understanding of Blockchain architecture and Ethereum ecosystem Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in mentoring teams or junior developers Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Candidate Profile: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join start to work within 1–2 weeks Candidates with solutioning and architecture exposure Candidates comfortable working in hybrid mode from Kochi or Trivandrum
