Project Description
I need a fresh,leads of those firms, the key people who influence or run the accounting function. The contacts I care about are President or CEO, CFO, Controller, Senior Accountant, plus Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable managers.
Please build or source the data rather than recycling an old or widely circulated file. Accuracy is critical: I will spot-check positions and verify emails, so I expect a very low bounce rate and no role mismatches.
Deliver the file in Excel or CSV with, at minimum, first name, last name, title, company, state, and a direct email address; a phone number is a strong bonus if you can provide it.

• The total number of unique records you can supply that meet the criteria
• Your collection/verification method
• Your estimated turnaround time
I am happy to review a small sample before awarding the project. A clean, up-to-date database will secure ongoing work.
