Part 2 — English Translation:
Professional human translation of all 30 articles to English
SEO optimization for English version
No Google Translate or any automatic tools
Strict Requirements:
Zero AI writing tools — absolutely no exceptions
No automatic or machine translation
Do NOT apply if Arabic is not your native language
Must provide Arabic writing samples with your proposal
