I need a set of six clear, well-framed images of a commercial office building in Toms River, NJ, shot on or before May 16. A recent smartphone camera is fine; no lighting kits or staging required—this is strictly an “as-is” exterior capture for an appraisal report.
Here is exactly what I’m after:
• Front and side views
• A mix of wide shots and close-ups
Plan to arrive in the afternoon so the sun angle stays consistent with the rest of my portfolio. The whole visit should take about fifteen minutes once you’re on site. Simply confirm the address I’ll send, snap the photos at full resolution, and upload the originals to me the same day.
Attention to detail, punctuality, and an eye for straight horizons are all I’m looking for. Do a solid job and I’ll have similar assignments for other properties coming your way.
