I run a growing digital business and already have paid media, email, SMS and a live website in motion. What I’m missing is tight performance tracking on the ads, a structured campaign calendar that links every touch-point, and reliable hands on the web maintenance side.
Paid media first: the ads are live on Meta and Google, yet the data lives in too many places. I want a single source of truth that pulls cost, ROAS, and funnel activity so I can see at a glance what is working and what needs budget shifts.
Email is my next revenue lever. I draft the content myself but need someone to turn it into automated journeys, A/B test subject lines, and align each send with the paid traffic bursts. Klaviyo experience is ideal, but if you prefer Mailchimp or similar and can migrate the flows smoothly, I’m open.
On the website front (WordPress with WooCommerce), speed, uptime and on-page tweaks are critical. Small design fixes, plugin upkeep and landing page launches should happen without me chasing tickets.
Deliverables
• Unified performance dashboard for Meta & Google ads (Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar)
• 90-day omnichannel campaign calendar that maps email, SMS and ad pushes
• Full customer journey diagram with key conversion metrics attached
• Ongoing website maintenance: weekly backups, plugin updates, error fixes, plus two new pages per month
Acceptance criteria
1. Dashboard refreshes automatically and matches platform data within ±2 %.
2. Calendar is delivered in shared Google Sheet and each entry links to its creative or email draft.
3. Journey diagram highlights drop-off points and recommended fixes.
4. Site passes Google PageSpeed Insights 85+ on mobile after your first optimisation round.
