Business Development Partner — Part Time / Freelance
DistillFast · Remote · Commission-Based
We're looking for a part-time BD partner to help us
get DistillFast in front of CTOs and engineering leads
at Indian SaaS companies.
This is not a cold-calling role. We need someone who
already has warm relationships with technical
decision-makers — and can make a genuine introduction.
What you'll do:
→ Identify 5–10 target companies per month from your
existing network (SaaS companies paying heavy
OpenAI/Anthropic API bills)
→ Make warm introductions or open conversations on
our behalf via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or in person
→ Brief prospects on DistillFast's value prop
(we provide full training, deck, and demo script)
→ Hand off to founder for technical demo and close
→ Track pipeline in a shared sheet —
simple, no CRM overhead
What you earn:
→ ₹3,000 per qualified demo call that shows up
→ ₹10,000 per customer who converts to paid
→ No cap. No retainer. No lock-in.
→ Paid within 48 hours of milestone
Time commitment: 3–5 hours per week
Location: Remote — anywhere in India
Start: Immediate
Must have:
→ 3+ years in B2B SaaS — sales, BD, partnerships,
customer success, or product
→ Existing relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering,
or Heads of AI at Indian SaaS companies
→ Ability to explain a technical product clearly
without needing to be an engineer
→ Self-starter — you own your pipeline,
no one will follow up with you
Good to have:
→ Previous experience at or selling to companies like
Freshworks, Zoho, Chargebee, Keka, WebEngage,
Razorpay, or similar
→ Active on LinkedIn with an engaged network
of tech professionals
→ Familiarity with AI/ML concepts — you don't need
to be technical, but you should be able to say
"model fine-tuning" without googling it
→ Part of SaaSBoomi, iSPIRT, or Bangalore/Pune
AI communities
Not required:
→ Full-time availability
→ Prior startup experience
→ Technical background
