Retail Store Architectural Design

I need an experienced architect to take a 350 m² retail space from concept through coordinated construction drawings. The brief is to create a clean, inviting environment built around an open floor plan, so circulation and sight-lines will be a priority. If you regularly design shops or boutiques you will understand the need to balance back-of-house efficiency with an engaging customer journey. Scope • Develop initial concepts and mood imagery that capture the brand vision. • Refine the selected concept into schematic plans, sections and elevations. • Produce detailed drawings and schedules ready for permit and fit-out—preferred file formats are DWG/Revit plus PDF sets. • Coordinate with any in-house or third-party consultants during the process to keep the architectural package fully aligned. Deliverables will be reviewed against functionality, code compliance and visual consistency with the approved concept.
