Project Description
I have an early-stage SaaS idea still at the pure concept phase. My aim is to streamline a currently clumsy legal-document workflow that slows down internal teams and frustrates clients. I need your help turning this rough idea into a clear, investor-ready product blueprint.
Here is what I’m after:
• Shape the core value proposition around friction-free creation, tracking, and management of legal docs so firms can reduce manual touchpoints.
• Map user journeys for lawyers, paralegals, and clients, highlighting where automation or smart templates replace repetitive steps.
• Produce low-fidelity wireframes that illustrate the primary screens: dashboard, document generator, approval queue, and audit trail.
• Recommend a practical MVP tech stack (front end, back end, database, and any e-signature or OCR APIs) suitable for a SaaS launch.
• Outline a phased feature roadmap that makes it clear what can be shipped in version 1 versus later iterations.
Acceptance criteria
1. A concise product brief (max 10 pages) covering problem statement, personas, and competitive scan.
2. Annotated wireframes in Figma (or similar) showing key flows end-to-end.
3. Technical recommendations that a development team could immediately act on.
4. A slide-deck summary ready for potential stakeholders.
If you have experience shaping SaaS products—especially those that streamline business processes or handle sensitive legal data—I’d love to see examples. Let’s bring this concept to life.
