Real Estate Drone Photography

I have a series of residential properties coming on the market and need eye-catching, drone-captured images that showcase each home’s exterior, roof condition, lot lines, and surrounding neighborhood. Your primary task is aerial photography—no mapping, surveying, or crop monitoring—so I’m looking for someone comfortable flying close to structures while still creating smooth, cinematic perspectives that sell. Because these are residential properties, discretion and safety are essential. You’ll be expected to operate within local regulations, carry appropriate liability insurance, and supply your own well-maintained UAV with a high-resolution camera (4K stills capability at minimum). If you also shoot short orbiting clips suitable for listing videos, that’s a plus, but the must-have deliverable is a complete set of edited, high-res photos ready for MLS upload. Deliverables • 15–25 edited aerial stills per residence in JPG and RAW • Basic color correction and horizon leveling applied • File delivery via shared folder within 48 hours of each flight Acceptance criteria • Images framed to highlight curb appeal, lot size, and immediate amenities • No prop shadows or rotor blur visible • Metadata intact, confirming altitude below local ceiling and GPS coordinates on-site Let me know your equipment model, flight certifications, and earliest availability so we can lock in the first shoot date.
