Project Description
I need a custom system that lets my landscaping crews see their daily routes on a phone while I monitor everything from a browser. The must-have piece is job status tracking: each stop should flip from “scheduled” to “in progress” to “complete”, either automatically when a crew finishes the checklist in the app or manually from the office dashboard.
GPS pings and customer notifications aren’t required for this first release, but please keep the architecture open enough that we could add them later.
On the mobile side (iOS and Android), the crew should open the app, view today’s stops in order, tap once to update a status, work offline if they lose signal, then sync as soon as coverage returns. The web application needs secure login, a clear dashboard of all crews, drag-and-drop route editing, and simple data exports so I can pull weekly reports.

Acceptance criteria
• Status updates work automatically and manually, syncing in under 30 seconds
• A test route of 10+ jobs can be created, edited, completed, and reported without errors
The tech stack is up to you—Firebase, Node, React, Flutter or whatever you work fastest with—as long as it meets the goals above. Let’s aim for a solid MVP in about six weeks.
