I need an experienced growth marketer who can design and run a complete, long-term lead-generation engine for lavenderls.com. The goal is crystal clear: consistently bring in qualified commercial-only leads for our landscaping services while filtering out every residential enquiry. My current assets • Website: lavenderls.com • Instagram: @lavenderls_ • Facebook: Lavender Landscaping Primary channels you will be working with are Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and, if it proves worthwhile, TikTok. I am open to additional industry forums or remarketing networks as long as they push us toward the B2B decision makers—property managers, facility directors, HOAs, hotels and similar accounts. What I expect from you • A written B2B marketing strategy that details targeting, messaging, funnel stages and budgets per channel. • Set-up (or overhaul) of campaigns in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including custom conversion tracking, GA4 integration and CRM lead routing. • Ongoing optimisation: ad creative refreshes, negative keyword expansion, audience exclusions to keep homeowners out, bid adjustments and A/B testing. • Transparent reporting dashboards that track cost per lead, lead quality and opportunity value so I can verify performance at any time. • Monthly strategy calls and a clear roadmap for the next sprint. Acceptance criteria 1. Campaigns go live only after I approve the targeting and ad copy. 2. Tracking must show 95 %+ conversion accuracy from click to form submission. 3. Performance will be reviewed against agreed-upon CPL and qualified-lead volume each month before the next milestone is released. I am looking for someone who wants to stay on board, iterate and scale with us—not a one-off freelancer who disappears after the first set of ads.
