The platform must handle 20 simultaneous users split between Sales and Customer Support while remaining easy for agents to learn and inexpensive to run. Key requirements • Tight Bitrix24 integration: click-to-call, screen-pops, automatic CRM logging, live dashboards and wallboards viewable inside Bitrix24 so supervisors can track queue metrics in real time. • Multilingual handling: English and Polish ready at launch, with the system structured so a third language can be added without major rework. • AI assistance: automatic call summarisation pushed to the CRM record after every interaction plus an inline quality-control engine that flags poor audio or network issues and scores call clarity for coaching. • Solid voice quality: TLS/SRTP, jitter buffering and reliable SIP trunking so conversations remain crisp and stable even during peak load. • Two departmental routing profiles (Sales, Customer Support) including IVR, skill-based distribution, call recording, warm transfers and supervisor whisper/barge-in. • Straightforward agent interface—soft-phone, web-RTC or Bitrix24 dialler—so onboarding takes minutes, not days. • Clear documentation, admin training and a cost-projection that keeps total spend predictable once the system goes live.
