We are building a verified employer database for a growing recruitment platform in Ghana and are looking for freelancers to help compile accurate company and HR contact information.
Participants are required to research and submit verified company data in the attached Excel template.
Each submission should include:
1. Company Name
2. Industry
3. Location
4. HR Email Address (preferred)
5. General Company Email
6. Phone Number
7. Website URL
We are interested in data from:
Companies & Enterprises
NGOs & Non-Profits
Manufacturing Companies
Financial Institutions
Schools & Universities
Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions
Technology Companies
Hotels & Hospitality Businesses
Mining & Engineering Companies
Logistics & Transportation Companies
Retail & Distribution Companies
Government-related institutions
To get the data, interested freelancers may utilize sources including but not limited to:
Ghana company directories
NGO directories
LinkedIn
Existing job boards
Registrar databases
Chamber of Commerce listings
Corporate websites
Public procurement/vendor databases
Submission Requirements:
1. Data must be submitted in Excel format using the attached template at Handover
2. Duplicate entries should be avoided
3. Priority should be given to verified and active company contacts
4. HR/recruitment emails are highly preferred over generic emails
5. Incomplete submissions may be rejected
