Zoho Commerce CRM Integration

I have a Zoho Commerce store that will handle a catalogue of physical products, and I need every order, customer profile, and inventory movement to flow automatically into our CRM. My goal is one source of truth for sales and marketing, without manual exports or data-entry gaps. Your task is to plan and implement the connection between Zoho Commerce and the CRM (Zoho CRM is preferred, but I am open to another platform if you can justify the benefit). Whether you use Zoho’s native connectors, custom API calls, or Deluge scripts, what matters to me is reliability, real-time sync, and clean data mapping. Key deliverables • Configure or build the integration so new customers, orders, products and stock changes in Zoho Commerce appear in the CRM within minutes. • Map custom fields accurately (product SKUs, tax, shipping, order status, customer notes). • Ensure two-way updates for contact information. • Provide a short hand-off document showing how to monitor sync logs, re-authenticate tokens, and extend the workflow later. • Demonstrate everything working live on a test order before we move to production.
