We are looking for a highly experienced WordPress performance optimization expert to analyze and solve serious loading speed and LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) issues on our website.
About the Website
WordPress website
4 languages
Large amount of pages and dynamic content
Includes a trade show calendar with more than 3,000 event entries
Custom plugin developed by a previous freelancer to manage events and fair pages
The entire website is loading slowly, including standard pages, and we need to identify the real root cause of the problem.
Important:
We do NOT want to use Cloudflare or similar external caching/CDN systems, as we previously experienced problems with them.
What We Need
Milestone 1 – Full Technical Audit & Performance Report
We need a detailed investigation of what is slowing down the website.
This includes:
LCP analysis
Database performance review
Plugin/code review
Server response analysis
Theme optimization review
Query optimization
Caching analysis
Core Web Vitals investigation
Identification of bottlenecks
Review of the custom events plugin architecture and code quality
Recommendations prioritized by impact
The objective of this first milestone is to receive a professional report clearly explaining:
What is causing the slow loading
Why it happens
Which elements are responsible
What actions should be taken to solve it
We want FACTS and measurable data, not generic optimization advice.
Milestone 2 – Optimization & Implementation
After approval of the report, the freelancer will implement the necessary optimizations directly on the website.
Important requirements:
No redesign of the website
No visual changes
Maintain full functionality
Maintain multilingual structure
Optimize only performance and loading speed
Improve Core Web Vitals and especially LCP
Requirements
