Project Description
I want to launch a restaurant application that speaks both Arabic and English and lets customers place delivery or pick-up orders straight from their phones. The build must cover three roles—Customer, Restaurant Staff, and Admin—and show every order move in real time, from the kitchen ticket to the driver on the road.
Core features I expect: full menu browsing with item modifiers, secure payment-gateway checkout, live order status updates, and an admin dashboard where I can manage menus, prices, promos, staff logins, and reports. I only need iOS and Android versions for customers; the dashboard can be web-based as long as it is tightly integrated.
Because this is a complete product rather than a quick prototype, I need to see comparable apps you have already shipped. In your must proposal include:
• links or store listings of your past restaurant / delivery work
• the technology stack you prefer for the mobile front-end, back-end, and real-time tracking layer
• an estimated timeline that fits inside a 5 – 7 k USD overall budget
Deliverables I will sign off on:
1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps (Arabic + English) released to their respective stores
2. Responsive admin dashboard with role-based access for staff and super-admin
3. Source code, build instructions, and minimal documentation that lets my in-house team maintain the system
4. A short hand-over session to walk through deployment, payment settings, and translation management
