Project Description
I am ready to roll out a full-scale automation platform for my clinic that ties together patient engagement, internal workflows, and revenue tracking in one seamless environment. The core modules I need are:
• Two-way WhatsApp conversations so patients can confirm, move, or cancel appointments and get instant answers without calling the front desk.
• Voice-driven appointment scheduling that lets callers book or reschedule through an AI assistant instead of waiting on hold.
• A lightweight CRM to keep every touchpoint, note, and clinical document in one timeline.
• Real-time appointment and queue management that synchronises across web, mobile, and WhatsApp.
• Billing integration that fetches procedure codes, calculates charges, and posts straight into our accounting software.
• Automated follow-up sequences (WhatsApp, email, or SMS) triggered by visit type, lab results, or missed consultations.
• An analytics dashboard tracking patient flow, revenue per specialty, utilisation rates, and marketing ROI.
Tech stack is flexible as long as it is future-proof and easy to maintain. REST/GraphQL APIs, Node/Java/Python back-ends, React/Flutter front-ends, Twilio or Meta Cloud API for WhatsApp, and Dialogflow or a similar voice platform are all acceptable approaches—convince me with your architecture.
To shortlist quickly I only need to see past work that proves you have delivered at least one comparable healthcare, CRM, or messaging solution. Links, screenshots, or a short clip of the product in action speak louder than long proposals.
On hand-over I will need:
1. Source code in a private repository
2. Deployed staging instance and deployment scripts
3. Admin and user documentation
4. A brief walkthrough call
