Project Description
I already have the updated layout; what I need from you is a highly accurate floor plan that respects every dimension and placement we have agreed on, while keeping a clearly Traditional architectural feel.
Key spatial requirements
• The Majlis is a perfect rectangle, 12 × 8 m, with no chamfered corners and a main entrance door centered on the front wall.
• Basement stairs sit on the far-left side, separated from the Majlis by a side corridor that allows smooth movement toward the rear.
• The rear Service Block spans the full 15 m width and must house an open-layout Kitchen, plus a Store and a Bathroom.
• Windows in the Majlis are fixed along each wall and crowned with an arch top to reinforce the traditional look.
What I expect from the finished drawing
1. A high-precision floor plan (metric), showing all internal and external dimensions, wall thicknesses, and structural grid lines.
2. Correct architectural symbols for every door, window, stair and fixture.
3. Delivery of the native CAD file (DWG) plus a clean, print-ready PDF.
Accuracy is critical: dimensions must correspond exactly to the figures above, and all openings, stairs and service areas must align as described. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit or a compatible BIM/CAD tool, that will fit perfectly—just be sure layers are organised logically and that the PDF exports at true scale (1 : 100 or similar).
Once I approve the draft, I’ll provide any final tweaks before you send the signed-off files.
