What I expect from you:

• At least two elevations capturing exterior massing and window placement in a modern aesthetic
• Basic electrical and lighting layout suitable for plan‐check submission
• PDF sheets ready for permitting plus editable CAD files for any future tweaks
All dimensions must be accurate to the inch, and drawings should align with standard residential codes (IBC or local equivalent).
