Project Description
I need a clean, secure website built in PHP for our registered trust so we can accept online donations with minimal friction. The overall structure is straightforward—an informative home page that tells our story, a donations page with multiple giving options, and a simple CMS-style back-office where I can update content, track contributions, and export reports.
Key points I have in mind:
• Donation-focused flow: visitors should be able to move from “Learn” to “Give” in as few clicks as possible.
• Payment integration: PayPal and Stripe are my first choices, but if you have a better suggestion for accepting credit/debit cards globally, I’m open to it.
• Lightweight admin panel: add/edit pages, view donor list, download CSV summaries.
• Mobile-first design with clear branding and accessibility in mind.
• Standard security best practices (HTTPS, input validation, CSRF protection, etc.) baked in.
Once the core site is running smoothly I’d like a brief hand-off session—screen-share or written guide—so I can manage day-to-day updates myself.
Please include examples of similar donation or charity sites you’ve built and let me know the approximate timeline you’d need from kick-off to launch.
