Wagner Language Solutions is looking for motivated and professional Business Development & Sales Representatives to help expand our client base and support the growth of our language services worldwide.
We are seeking individuals who are commercially driven, organized, and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships in the translation and localization industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Reach out to potential clients and establish relationships
Maintain and grow existing client accounts
Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and opportunities
Support the development of structured sales processes and reporting
Represent Wagner Language Solutions professionally in all communications
Help build and strengthen long-term revenue streams and strategic partnerships
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
Experience in the translation, localization, interpreting, or language services industry is a strong advantage
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and proactive work style
Ability to work independently and professionally in a remote environment
Understanding of client expectations and long-term account development
Professional and solution-oriented mindset

This role is focused on sales and business development only. Operational project management and production are handled internally by our team.
