All I need from you is a faithful front-end reproduction: clean, semantic HTML, vanilla JavaScript, and modular, well-commented CSS. Please do not rely on any third-party libraries, frameworks, or build tools - everything should run in a modern browser straight from the file system. Although the design looks like a management panel, no actual CMS functionality or back-office logic is required; this is a purely static build.
