I need a complete vendor management solution that runs smoothly both as a browser-based web app and as a companion mobile app (iOS and Android). The core modules I want in the first release are:
• Performance tracking – real-time dashboards and periodic scorecards we can tailor by KPI and export for reporting
The new system must talk to our existing CRM so that vendor contact data stays in sync and account managers can see live performance scores without leaving their usual workspace. No ERP or accounting links are required at this stage, but the architecture should leave room to bolt those on later.
Key expectations
– Clean, modern UI/UX optimised for both desktop browsers and mobile screens
– Secure role-based access with audit trails
– API layer that lets the CRM push/pull vendor records seamlessly
– Clear documentation: data model, API endpoints, and deployment steps
- It will connect with the whatsapp application so that the ground can directly update from whatsapp
Deliverables will be considered complete once the web app is deployed to our cloud environment, the mobile builds are submitted to their respective stores, and the CRM integration passes a live data sync test covering create, update and deactivate operations.
