3D Rendering for Apartment Units

Hi! i´m looking for a 3D Rendering Quote Project: Apartment Unit Visualizations 1. Scope of Work Development of high-quality 3D renders for 4 unique typologies (based on provided plans Dep 1 through Dep 7): Type A (3-Bedroom): 3D modeling and rendering of the large unit (includes mirrored versions). Type B (2-Bedroom): 3D modeling and rendering of the medium unit (includes mirrored versions). Type C (1-Bedroom): 3D modeling and rendering of the suite unit (includes mirrored versions). Type D (Special 3-Bedroom): 3D modeling and rendering of the variant unit (Dep 7). 2. Deliverables per Typology For each of the 4 typologies, I will deliver 2 high-resolution renders: 3D Floor Plan (Top View): A technical, bird's-eye view focused on layout and space distribution. 3D Dollhouse View (Perspective): An isometric view showing depth, materials, and furniture volume. 3. Pricing Summary Total Unique Models: 4 Total Renders: 8 Budget: 250$ - 500$ Turnaround Time: 4days Note: Mirrored versions of the same floor plan are included as part of the base typology modeling fee.
