Project Description
Need developer in creating a cross-platform blood-donor ecosystem in Flutter that must run smoothly on Android, iOS and as a Web PWA. The build includes two parts: a member-facing app of roughly ten screens and a lightweight admin console.
Member experience
• Donors register or sign in with a mobile-number-based OTP flow, then complete and edit their profile.
• They set personalised reminder dates; the system must queue and deliver push notifications exactly on those dates.
• Inside the app donors can log each donation or related activity, review their own history, and edit entries at will.
• A read-only view lets users see other donors’ basic details and activity list, plus the nearest blood-bank information.
Admin console
A simple web interface is needed where an authorised admin can log in, search, add, edit or deactivate donor profiles and their activity records.
Assets & support
I will supply full screen references, navigation flow, and API Requirement Docs so development can focus on clean code, state management and integration rather than UX decisions.
Deliverables
1. Source-controlled Flutter project running on Android, iOS and Web (PWA).
2. Scheduled notification mechanism wired to the reminder dates (FCM or equivalent).
3. Responsive web admin panel covering donor and activity management.
4. Build/run instructions and a hand-off walkthrough.
Acceptance
• All screens match provided designs within 2 dp tolerance.
• OTP login works end-to-end on every platform.
• Notifications fire at the exact scheduled time in live tests.
• CRUD operations for donors and activities work via the API without regression.
