Project Description
The project centres on transforming solid pharmacology knowledge into concise, engaging brochures that patients can actually understand and use. Each brochure or pamphlet will blend clear explanations of proper medication usage with practical lifestyle and wellness tips that reinforce treatment success.
Scope of work
• Translate evidence-based pharmacological information into plain-language copy suitable for a general reading level.
• Structure the content so medication instructions, dosing reminders, side-effect warnings, and “when to call the doctor” cues are unmistakably visible.
• Integrate lifestyle guidance—nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress-management pointers—so patients see how daily habits support their prescriptions.
• Write with an approachable tone while preserving clinical accuracy; citations or authoritative sources must be on hand for fact-checking.
• Supply final files as press-ready PDF pamphlets plus the editable source (Adobe InDesign, Canva, or MS Publisher—your choice, provided fonts/images embed correctly).
Acceptance criteria
1. Each brochure is no more than a tri-fold (two-sided) or four-panel design, cleanly laid out for 8.5"×11" printing.
2. Copy reads at roughly a 6th-grade level without sacrificing key medical terms.
3. All medication guidance aligns with current FDA or EMA labelling and standard clinical references (e.g., Micromedex, Lexicomp).
4. Lifestyle sections avoid generic platitudes and instead give at least three actionable, evidence-supported tips.
5. Deliverables pass a brief clinical review on my end with minimal revisions expected.
Draft timeline: outline within 3 days, first complete brochure in 7 days, final approved files by day 10.
If you already have template experience or sample patient leaflets, feel free to reference those once we start; otherwise, I’ll supply branding colours and a logo.
