Experienced Backend Developer Needed (Python/Java/AWS)

Hiring: Backend Developer (Python | Java | AWS) Experience: 8-10+ Years Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST (Mon–Fri) Contract: Till Feb 2027 (6-month extensions) Interview Rounds: 2 --- Key Responsibilities: - Manage and ensure smooth functioning of production systems - Perform root cause analysis and resolve backend/system issues - Develop and maintain backend services using Python & Java - Work with PostgreSQL (RDS) and relational databases - Collaborate with tech leads for solution design and implementation - Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) - Follow SDLC processes and deployment protocols --- Must Have Skills: - Python, Java (Backend Development) - PostgreSQL / SQL - AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, API Gateway) - Strong problem-solving & debugging skills --- Good to Have: - Docker, Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab) - Elasticsearch - Airflow / ETL pipelines - AWS Certifications --- Note: Flexibility required for critical support (including post-midnight if needed).
