Project Description
Several Excel workbooks hold my active sales and CRM data, and everything has to live inside HubSpot. The job revolves around three core activities: entering the records, mapping every Excel column to the correct HubSpot property, and cleaning or validating anything that looks inconsistent before the import.
Because I am flexible on templates, you are free to propose or refine the layout that makes the mapping process smoother—pivot tables, separate staging sheets, or direct CSV exports are all acceptable as long as the final structure lines up neatly with HubSpot’s import tool.
The data’s end-use is pure Sales & CRM, so accuracy of pipeline stage names, deal amounts, contact ownership, and custom properties is critical. Expect to spot-check for duplicates, fix broken email formats, and confirm that pick-list values match what already exists inside the portal.
Deliverables
• A concise mapping guide that pairs each Excel column with its HubSpot property
• Cleaned and formatted import files ready for upload
• A brief import report or screenshots confirming all records were created or updated without errors
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % column-to-property alignment, verified with a test batch of records
• No duplicate contacts or deals introduced, as confirmed by HubSpot’s validation results
• All mandatory HubSpot fields populated; any gaps flagged in a summary note
